I like to teach a variety of yoga styles to meet the different needs of practitioners; from energising flows to calming, restorative practices.
I teach both online and on-site, in studios and privately. So you can choose the way of practicing that works best for you. Whether you’re joining from home or stepping into an in-person session, my classes create a space for you.

Body Awareness

Our bodies speak to us in sensations. This is a yoga class designed to help you tune in and truly listen to your body. You will explore mindful movement, recognising what your body needs in the moment, and discover how to move in a way that feels good.
Vinyasa Flow
Breath and reconnect
This is a smooth and intentional practice where movement and breath flow together. Each session is designed with a purpose, whether building toward a peak pose, cultivating a specific feeling, or deepening breath awareness.
Power Yoga
Strong in the “here and now“
A dynamic fusion of strength, balance, and flexibility asanas. This energising power vinyasa flow is designed to challenge the body through powerful movements while maintaining concentration in the present. Strengthen your body and deepen your presence throughout your practice.
Mobility and Relaxation
Filling stiff?
Maybe a gentle practice combining deep stretching and mobility exercises, as well as relaxation, would be for you. Release tension, improve flexibility, and restore ease of movement. Perfect for those who feel stiff, spend long hours sitting, or simply want to unwind. This class enhances mobility which helps prevent injuries.
Yin Yoga
“I just need some quite and relaxation”
This is your space to slow down, breathe, and surrender. This practice targets deep connective tissues, improving flexibility and joint health while promoting relaxation. Ideal for anyone feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or in need of some stillness. Yin Yoga offers a much-needed pause in the fast pace of life, and promotes a deep sense of calm
